Identify Harmful K3 Synthetic Cannabinoids

Detect synthetic cannabinoids, including K3 varieties such as PINACA, BINACA, BUTINACA, FUBINACA, and more, with our reliable K3 Synthetic Cannabinoids Detection Test. These substances are commonly used as cutting agents in cannabis and CBD products, posing significant safety risks due to their unpredictable effects. This rapid test identifies these synthetic compounds in plant samples, powders, liquids, and even invisible traces on surfaces.

Ideal for ensuring product purity and safety, this test addresses the growing prevalence of K3 synthetic cannabinoids found in adulterated cannabis and certain e-liquids, particularly during the 2020–2024 period.

Key Features:

  • Detect Synthetic Cannabinoids: Accurately identify harmful K3 cannabinoid substances in cannabis.
  • Versatile Testing Capabilities: Works with plant samples, powders, liquids like e-liquid (also known as a c-liquid), and even surface traces for maximum flexibility.
  • Fast and Accurate Results: Provides clear, reliable results within minutes using a simple chemical reaction.
  • Essential for Harm Reduction in Thailand: Protect yourself from unregulated cannabis suppliers and potentially dangerous products with this tool.

How to Use the Test Kit:

  1. Collect a small sample of the substance or surface to be tested.
  2. Add a small amount of the sample to the ampoule containing the testing solution.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously for 10 seconds and add a couple drops to the testing strip.
  4. Analyze the result compared to the positive or negative chart.
  5. Dispose of the ampoule and test materials responsibly after use.

Please follow the complete detailed instructions for this test kit here. This kit empowers individuals to verify the safety of their cannabis or related samples, and supports harm reduction efforts in Thailand’s evolving cannabis market.

  • Important Notes

It is imperative to allow the plant samples to be well diluted in the extraction liquid. The more synthetic cannabinoid molecules it contains, the better the test will react.

Therefore, in order to optimize the detection capabilities of the test, it is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to follow the following advice:

    • Read carefully the plant sample section of the package insert.
    • Allow the sample to steep in the dilution liquid until it turns greenish, and for at least 30 minutes. In most cases, this time is not really necessary, but it can make the difference between an uncertain result and a positive result if the sample contains very few synthetic cannabinoids or if some of the cannabinoids are of a poorly soluble type.
    • During this time, do not hesitate to regularly shake the vial vigorously, in order to facilitate the extraction.
  • Usage Information

    1. Limitations of Identification Tests
This test is a professional tool designed to identify presumptive drugs or narcotics in forms such as powders (fine or compacted), crystals, tablets, or specific plants. It is not intended for testing substances like food, beverages, biological materials, or everyday products (e.g., household, gardening, or cosmetic items). These items often contain various chemical compounds that can produce unexpected reactions, potentially leading to inaccurate or false results.
    2. Interpreting Positive or Negative Results
As with any rapid test, the results provided are indicative rather than definitive. To confirm the exact composition of a sample, advanced analytical methods such as GC/MS or HPLC-MS/MS are required. Users should understand that no rapid screening test is 100% reliable and should use this test with that awareness in mind.

  • What is a K3 Synthetic Cannabinoids Detection Test?

This test is a harm reduction and safety tool designed to detect synthetic cannabinoids, including K3 classes of BICA, BINACA, BUTINACA, CHMICA, CHMINACA, FUBICA, FUBINACA, INACA and PINACA in cannabis, CBD products, extracts, and other materials.

  • How does the K3 Synthetic Cannabinoids Detection Test work?

The test uses a chemical reaction to identify synthetic cannabinoids and molecules. You simply add a small sample to the provided solution, shake well, and then observe the lines that become visible to determine if there are cannabinoids present or not.

As always, be sure to follow the complete instructions carefully to ensure the highest chance of accurate results. Follow any of the links on this page to the instruction manual or click here.

  • Why is testing for synthetic cannabinoids important in Thailand?

With the increased accessibility of cannabis in Thailand, the presence of synthetic cannabinoids like K3 has become a growing concern, especially as these substances are increasingly used as cutting agents in cannabis and CBD products. These compounds, which are highly potent and unregulated, are designed to mimic the effects of THC but often come with severe and unpredictable health risks, including respiratory issues, cardiovascular complications, and even acute toxicity.

The lack of regulation surrounding these substances exacerbates the danger, as users may unknowingly consume them. In a market where product quality varies widely, particularly with unverified sources, testing becomes a critical tool for ensuring safety and protecting public health, as seen in our FAQ article about K3 Cannabinoids in Thailand’s market.

Regular testing not only helps identify these dangerous adulterants but also supports harm reduction efforts by empowering individuals to make informed decisions about the products they use.
